Looking for MP3 Player app

I am coming from a custom Ipod Classic, I have a huge library of music and now that my new phone (HTC 10) accepts big micro sd cards and 256gb cards are starting to come out I am looking to transition over to my phone as my main MP3 player.

I am looking for something that will let me easily mange my large library, I would like to be able to only view specific directories that I choose so other audio files that are on my phone that aren't part of my library aren't lumped into my collection.

Also while I have you, on my PC I use Itunes to play my music locally and obviously this is how I put songs on my Ipod, is there an alternative program I can use instead of Itunes now on a Windows PC to play my music and maybe even manage the music on my phone?

Something to be aware of, 256GB and larger micro-SDs haven't actually been manufactured and available just yet. Despite what you might see cheap from Ebay or whatever. Always buy them from reputable sources. :thumbsupdroid:

This is a fake!

The largest currently available legitimate micro-SD is a 200GB Sandisk. Samsung still list 128GB micro-SD as their maximum.

So I got my Samsung 256gb micro sd card all my music is loaded into poweramp but 2 of my albums as of now have messed up tags, I dont see a way to edit multiple tags within the poweramp app, am i right that this is not a feature? I tried editing the tags for the file in a different app on the phone and then i rescanned and its not picking it up. Can anyone suggest a phone based app that I can use to edit multiple files at once?

So amazon and Samsung are lying or delusional?

Admittedly, you pay a price premium for that capacity. The 128GB version of the card's, like, 40 bucks. The 256GB version is more like $200. (Although I do see that the "small" capacity card is U1, whereas the 256GB version is U3.)

While I'd like to own a blazingly fast 256GB microSD card for my L3, as a practical matter there's no way I'm parting with a couple of Benjamins for one. But I could easily see myself parting with $40 for a semi-blazingly fast 128GB card. So at least for the time being, my choice is obvious.
