Looking for Pic to PDF Converter for Galaxy J3

I have a Galaxy J3 Orbit (running Android 8). I need to know the best Pic to PDF Converter app for that phone. Any recommendations.

If you haven't figured it out..when I want to convert a pic into a pdf file I do it with cam scanner

I didn't know anything about that app. At work I have to take pictures of documents (multiple pages sometimes) and email them and that's primarily what I need it for.
