Looking for recommendation

I'm looking for an app for a group of hikers.

It must track all the hikers in the group, so when someone gets separated from the group then the group can see where they are.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an app that does this?

Facebook has a location setting for your friends, that's about the only recommendation I can give
