Looking for replacement battery

Hi all. I have a Z580C with a bad battery. I have been trying to find a replacement battery but the only ones I can with a fame are used off ebay. Would a battery for the Z580CA work?

It will work as long as it's a C11Pn9H battery or equivalent.
