Presentation is key to garnishing attention. No major offense aimed in your direction, but throwing out a line asking for help, then having it come out sounding like you're under the age 12 doesn't present a good image. Spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization. They're your friends.

I'm sure a mod could move this to the appropriate section as well, if it isn't already. (Is it? I can't tell.)
