Looking for System Info app that doesn't auto-start

I am looking for System Info/task manager app that doesn't auto-start. Don't need any "task killers", mostly need to know how much free memory I have (RAM) and what applications are consuming it. Could be paid app. Has to be compatible with Droid Incredible running 2.2 OS

The closest I found is SystemPanel Lite:

However, it auto-starts when phone boots - I don't want that. Also can't exit it via app menu or Back button.

Android apps are 'off' by default when you leave them (e.g. for the home screen, a call, another app, etc.). They don't "auto-start" (unless you've set them up to). What you see in a task killer (which you DO NOT NEED!) are the 'snapshots' of the apps last set ups, which make them 'quick start' when you use them the next time. Those snapshots are retained by Android whether you have a task killer or not. The only difference is that you can't see them without a task killer. They are still there, though. Task killers don't add anything useful to the equation. Quite the contrary: they sap your phone's juice and cycles unnecessarily.

SystemPanel Lite is good, imo.
