Help Looking for tablet with IR /receiver/ for learning remote

I want to use a 7" tablet as a remote control. I'm having a hard time verifying which ones have IR receivers for learning codes.

Many have blasters, but I need both a blaster and a receiver.

I think 7" would be ideal, but I'm flexible. Newer is better, as I don't want to be stuck with ICS or anything.
