I have a Samsung Galaxy j7 crown phone wondering if there is anyone who knows or has any idea how unlock it from the carrier I currently have without paying or contacting the carrier any help would be appreciated thanks in Advance

Yeah, you will need to contact the carrier.
That is part of the deal with carrier locked devices.

A better choice is a manufacturer unlocked device.
