Looking to Backup Apps

Whats the best way to backup your apps and restore them if needed later? My phone is stock and I'm not really wanting to root at this point. I see alot of app out there but have seen mixed reviews on some of them and was wondering what you all use?

If you're not rooted, you can only backup your app list but not the data. For example, you can't backup your progress in Angry Birds.

You can use AppBrain for your app list.
