Help looking to buy a Asus ZenFone 2 ZE551ML, still worth it?

Hi everyone,

I currently have the 2013 Nexus 5, and am looking to replace it as the battery is dying.
I have a budget of £250 max, but would like to spend less.

the 32GB, 4GB - ram ZE551ML is now down to £178.95 at Simply Electronics

but I have a few questions:

1. Which version of Android is it currently on (officially, eg. without flashing) and do you think it will see 6.0 if it hasnt already got it?
2. Is most/all of the bloatware it comes with uninstallable?
3. Would you still buy it/ are you still happy with your ZenFone 2?
4. Whats the build quality like? and common problems?

My wife's syster has the Zenphone 2, I used to play with it when we meet. I don't remember the exact software detail but I really like the build quality and the smoothness of it's operation. Personally I won't hesitate a single second to grab that phone when the chance comes.
