Looking to buy a phone with 60 euro

I'm looking to buy a smartphone on a site like dx.com that gives you free shipping. I've bought all my smartphones on there and always been happy.

For a friend I'm looking to buy a phone with a 50-60 eur budget. This phone shouldn't go broke when falling once on the ground. I should probably also buy a protector case to put around it. So if that's available too on the same site as the smartphone for that specific model I'll buy that too.

I've used aliexpress, dx... And overally I'm satisfied. But I don't want to risk 50 euros on a phone that might be a bad buy. Already lost 38 euros that way from an earlier smartphone buy that was bad.
 
The Blackview got my vote because it's a 4G phone with good hardware.

Is network capacity (4G vs 3G) important to you?

Yes, but can you tell me if its important to be on 4G instead of 3G? Does that depend on the data plan of the carrier he's with? Like would 3g still work for him if he's on a 4g plan?
 
I'd go with the Blackview. We've had a few reports on AF about Oukitel phones that apparently have malware baked into their firmware. And the CMCC (China Mobile), that's a carrier branded phone intended for mainland China, so it's unlikely to have GMS(Google Mobile Services) and may have Chinese apps instead.

A 3G phone will work with 4G Sim but you don't have 4G speed.

I know the prices are higher than the initial budget but they continue to drop day after day.
