Looking to buy a rooted/modded 32gb Xoom w/USB/Micro SDHC support

Hello,

I'm looking to buy a Motorola Xoom that's unlocked, been rooted, etc.
I have read a lot of reviews and I'm pretty sure I want a Xoom over the iPad 2. I've seen people tweak them out with higher clock speeds etc.
I'd like to use it for travel, email, upload pics, and some photo editing.
Anyone have a heavily modded Moto Xoom out there?
Not a low baller. I'll pay you what you think is fair for the Xoom and your time to do the modifications.
