Looking to have a Android Car Computer

With so many new cheap tablets coming out I am interested in getting a tablet to use in the car. I am interested in having Offline GPS Navigation, connect to ODB2 to see car performance, and just have documents, music, some videos on me in the car.

Has anyone else done this? Can anyone recommend a Tablet or MID? Any car must have apps?

I am pretty familiar with Android and have a Samsung Spica sunning android 2.1 but screen is very small and I don't want a phone as an in Car computer.

So far I am interested in the RAmos W7.

Getting the apps is no problem the only question is will they work on OS1.5 and will they work with the screen and processor of the cheap tablets? And about the Bluetooth adapter I saw the thread a little older and found one for around $31 with shipping so.

That's true the Bluetooth might be a problem.

Does anyone have any opinion on what device would make a good in car android tablet? Like what device?
