Hi Guy's and Gals! Well I am expecting an Android Incredible any day now and need you all's help in pointing me in the right direction on what apps will replace my windows Mobil apps. As you may expect I was a heavy user of Office, One note in particular and I always used push email and vpn into our server to access my building automation controls. This function is absolutely critical for my use. Can anyone assist on what would be the best way to go here to get started? And of course I sure would love to see all the other good stuff that Android has to offer and also be steered away from the bad.
Thanks in advance!

Office: Your phone should come with QuickOffice preinstalled for viewing doc, xls and ppt. You can also purchase Documents To Go from the market if you need to be able to create such document types, or just a better app for viewing them. I'm not sure about any One Note apps for Android, but I haven't looked either.
You'll get your e-mail pushed to you via the stock e-mail app. There's also a gmail app, if you like to keep your inboxes separate.
VPN... someone else with more experience with it will have to answer this one for you. I haven't used it.
Now, "the good stuff Android has to offer" would take a very long time to get through the list. I've got over 200 great apps on my phone (and I get rid of ones I don't use often!)
Instead, let the phone meet your needs as they arise. Don't go download hundreds of apps all at once, just get what you need for the moment and when you're sitting there thinking "hmm, I wonder if my phone can _________" that's when you go to the market and find out your phone can.
One last bit of advice; you MAY want to consider returning your Incredible and picking up the Droid X mid-July. It's basically an Incredible on steroids. Whatever you choose to do, enjoy your new phone!
