Whoever would do this would screw themselves. I went from nexus to Maxx, huge difference. Ive got ICS 4.0.4 on the Maxx and wow... So much better. Battery life, geez. I do wish you luck, you'll enjoy the Maxx so much better.

You're not likely to get a straight up trade for the MAXX given the resale value and demand for the two. Perhaps if you added some cash to the Nexus, then someone might bite.
