NO im so furious with FedEx right now!

i stayed at my office all day skipped lunch and they finally updated there web tracking saying they tried to deliver but my office complex was closed! WTF there has to be atleast a good 50 people at any given time around here.

any way i talked to another person that was awaiting delivery of an item and they got the same turnout, but i heard the fedex vehicle was in the location earlier in the day (3hrs previously), i think the driver made his rounds for mileage, lollygagged all afternoon and decided to finally mark it as attempt of delivery!

sorry for the rant lol but i placed it on hold for pickup now im just trying to figure out how i can get over there today with my schedule pretty stacked.


*** the saga continues fedex does not have it at the local facility, " they are pretty sure its on a truck" but could not tell me for sure. apparently its in limbo its neither here nor there
 
FedEx does the same thing for my deliveries! Very frustrated with a lot of their drivers. UPS is a lot better
 
PHONE RECEIVED! finally that fedex ground is horrible. i thought i was gonna have an insurance claim from the way the package arrived but it was all good

Good deal that it finally got resolved. Man I've never had an issue with FedEx. They're usually my go to for this kind of thing. Maybe I'll have to rethink that.
