Lookout app doesn't start itself is running harmonia

[Android Question]

I have an HTC evo v 4g 3d running the harmonia ROM. Whenever I reboot or start my phone my lookout app doesn't start by itself. I want and need this to happen! How/ where/ can I change this? Please let me know! Any help is greatly appreciated..
