I have an mp4 video that I would like to play on a loop. I have been trying to find an app that will do this. Can anyone help me make this work? Thanks!

I am looking for an app that can download the video file/s from a dedicated server (from only 1 machine in the intranet [vpn]) at a scheduled time or on powering on the android box and playing that file in a loop on a full screen that will be connected to a 40: display unit. Can you please tell me if there is any ?
