I have a Desire HD and have had it just over 6 weeks, I took it back to tmobile as I was loosing the signal and had to reboot the phone to get it back.
It is set up to receive the orange network if it looses the tmobile one.
I have just taken it back as it is still doing it after being "repaired".
The first time a guy served me this time a girl did. She tried to tell me it is how it is with smart phones and it would be daft to send it away to be repaired if it just the fact its a smart phone not switching from orange back to tmobile.
I told her to either send it back to the repair shop or replace the handset, she has sent it away to be looked at.
If it comes back the same I will be removing the option of connecting to orange if a tmobile signal is not available.
Has anyone else had this same problem at all?
