Hello!

I bought a new mobile (kingelton g9000) , it's chinese copy (clon) of the Samsung S5.

Everything runs smoothly, the only problem I have had was with loosing a signal.
It showed a message that "the card is not in slot" but it was there. Then it disappeared , but if
someone called me, I could have not answered because I had "no signal" but the message about the
missed call didn't come either , what is a little bit strange.
I have bought a new SIM card (micro SIM) and now it doesn't show the message about the missing Sim,
but mostly , when the mobile is in "standby" , you can't call it , cause it doesn't have a signal.
It doesn't do it always , only somethimes, but it's quite frustrating, because a don't now if some called me or not.

Thanks a lot for comments and solutions,
Peter

The obvious solution would be to ask for your money back, which I realise will depend on exactly where you got the phone from.

Loss of signal can be a problem with the SIM (I've had that myself), but if it also happens with a new SIM it's most likely the handset. Unfortunately quality control in these clone devices is frequently non-existent. If you bought it from an agent in your own country then your local consumer protection laws should apply - if you ordered it over the net from China that may be a completely different matter.
