Losing signal and connection

I have a friend who has a samsung sch-m828c . Its still running froyo 2.2.2 .
We updated the prl and its now 61010 .
The phone is losing signal and network connection . It has gotten increasingly worse this past week.
Have done numerous battery pulls . Restarted the phone . Also cleared the cache , and have done a factory data reset . Is anyone else having a problem with the signal and network connection ? Also is there a way to change the prl back to 61009 ?

All good actualy , after I cleared . The cache and reset the phone all is well again .
