Lost "All apps" group

looking how to restore the "All apps" group. not sure how I lost it ... but it's no longer there! I had a group I created with a few things, but never used it and removed it. Later went back into apps and "All apps" was gone as well the one I created/removed. Searching for "All apps" is like searching for the word "THE".

I am a newbie to the smart phone! So all patience and 'duh' respones are appreciated!
