Help Lost contacts after 2.1 upgrade

So since I upgraded to 2.1, I've lost my contacts.

I used the backup restore feature to back everything up to my SD card just before flashing.
I restore and it says it's been restored but my phone book is still empty.

Somehow though, my girlfriends name shows up in my inbox. Before I restored it, it just showed her number.

Strange problem. Any ideas?

Same happened with me too. Just 3no.s showed up. I think the reason is in 2.1 now they use vcf files whereas earlier it was swf or something else

1- download acontact.apk


2- when u see ur acontact

3-make backup from origunal application

4-restart ur phone

5-make restore from original application in ur device
