lost my photos

I lost all my photos they were very important I had them in keepsafe I have a new phone and I couldn't retrieved any of my photos please to me what to do please help. Those photos are very important to me they are very impirtant memoriws.

I believe that keepsafe stores files in pin locked folders on your phone. Maybe keepsafe developers could help you if you still have the old phone and your keepsafe pin. Their contact details are on playstore.

After you recover your files you may want to install this app.

It's a recycle bin. Say if you delete something. But then you decide you want it back. You can just restore the file like you would on any pc.
