I bought a ZTE V768 from Wal mart in March. Big mistake. I moved out of state after this purchase, and I guess the reciept was lost. I lost all the sound from game, speaker phone, ringtones, etc, took it back to wally world, no help without the reciept. Ok, now if I had taken a hundred dollars worth of clothes or other things in with no reciept, I would get a store credit. But they will do nothing for the phone. So can anyone tell me how I might fix it. I had broke my my touch screen so I bought this one, and can't even play my favorite game on it. Please help.
