I was wondering if it is possible to recover speechnotes that were lost after accidentally uninstalling the app?

If they were backed up to the cloud or in a folder on your device? Use a file explorer to look around...
The data it stored might still be on the phone. Try reinstalling the app, and if you're lucky it may find and show it.

The same question only I did not uninstall the program on Win 10. Saved dictations are gone now
