Hello, I have a Huawei ascend y520, and the other night, my phone had run out of battery. I turned it on to check the time, but there was also a 'new message' icon at the top. Unfortunately, my phone had turned off again before I could check the message. later that night when I was charging my phone, I checked the messages to see that no new messages had been received.
Is there any possibility that my phone deleted the message by itself, and if so, is there any way to retrieve that message?
