Lost Wifi icon on top notification bar

Since XL update a few days ago, the Wifi icon which was sitting next to 4G Bars is missing and I can't find how to get it back.

I know the option to enable/disable is in the UI tunner menu. Have you tried that?

Note that the wifi icon will only appear when you are connected to a network, not just because Wifi is turned on.

It's a feature of stock (AOSP) Android, so there's no guarantee that your manufacturer's skin hasn't hidden it.
