So, I haven't been over to xda in a while and, as it happens, there have been some developments for the XT-860! For instance, we have some custom ROMs now!

So, has anyone updated their phone in a while? I'm interested in reflashing mine (I've lost root since Bell's last OTA update, but haven't been bothered to do anything about it until now).
I've spent a good chunk of today trying to reroot but for some reason, I just can't get DooMLoRD's rootkit to detect the phone. It has been infuriating! I really need some step by step directions (either for Windows or OS X).
