Help Louder ringer?

I have a Galaxy S4 that is in a case and belt holster. I miss calls and can hardly hear voice navigation, etc. Is there anapp that will boost the volume to a level that I can hear well. My old Galaxy S2 is much louder and in the same type of case / holster.
