low call volumen on xperia x10i or xperia x10a?

Hello, can someone tell me of the low call volumen is only on the xperia x10 or it is also in the xperia x10a?

is there a way to fix this situation?

i used to us a blackberry and i hear the people when speaking very loud, in the xperia x10i the volumen 5 is like the volumen 2 of the blackberry.

please help or answer these questions.
