Help Low Memory for Apps ?

On a Charm we own, we are running out of memory (to install apps), but don't have too many applications installed. What else could be taking up the memory, and how do we clear it up?

Maybe it's because you have lot of MMS in phone, check "Dialer storage" size (used to store SMS and MMS).
