Help low memory how to free memory up

ive had this for quite a while now and its starting to annoy me.
i need to get more free memory ive moved everything i can to the sd card and cleaned the cache but there is still only 20mb.

can someone tell me another way to free up space.

plz help (really annoying!)

best way would be to root the fone and install custom rom that has all the bloatware removed
