Low memory issue

Hi I have galaxy ace rooted and been using link2sd but have very few apps installed and still no space.

Is there a mod that uses the memory card as standard for installing apps.

Thanks

Alan

Yes there plenty space on partitions try use link2sd and it says not enough space or invalid location.

On internal /data 7mb free
Sd card /mnt/sdcard 1.14gb free
Sd card 2nd part. /Data/sdext2 84%free 826mb
System 4%free /system 9.75mb free

Something is still eating up your internal memory, it might be the app data or the cache, you need to find what's taking up the space and move it to ext partition.

Low memory is caused by the delvik cache. You will need to have an SD card at least 8gbs and increase your delvik cache while allow automatic purge or memory. These changes are made in build.prop file but will cause problems if there are typos. So look into downloading PimpMyRom from Google play to make the changes.

Hi, 826Mb are more than sufficient. Do this: in Link2SD, define create link of the three items as default, then set that always uses internal memory (dont worry it doesnt goes there :) then use multiple choice and order to link everything, you'll get several Mb internal memory free and it will increase very little(the only problem of Link2SD is managing data).
I'm not saying that Link2SD is the best choice but for what you want is enough, after this go search better solutions, but more complex ones
Hope I helped
