Low Pulse alert BT Push

I have a LG V20 and love it. I'm looking for a smartwatch app that can sent a Bluetooth Push Alert to my partner's phone if my pulse drops while I'm asleep.

Then it'll be getting the watch that runs it on 2.0

Any help?
