low storage

My device keeps saying "unfortunately this stopped, and unfortunately that stopped" and then rebooting. I managed to get to google play updated and it said "you are very low on storage". Usually my clean sweep prompts for me to remove storage but I guess it hasn't. I can run it manually, but before I can get to it I get messages that everything has stopped, and the tablet reboots.

How can I stay on long enough to delete things, without it rebooting?
 
it seems to me so it will not turn out in any way. you just need to buy more memory (on older models, a memory card). Then the problem will disappear by itself - you will not need to update it all 100 times.
