Low Temp

Hey i have Samsung Galaxy s2 Plus, last day my device gone off when i went to charge it with the caption " Battery Temperature Low".. i removed the charger, after a while i tried to charge it but cell is still off. it seems like that there is no life in it.. pls help me how can i solve it and get my device back..

Never met this, but my first thought is to replace the battery.

If the temperature really were low (like sub-zero) then it should disable charging as a safety feature, but if that's happening at room temperature my guess is that there's something wrong with the battery itself. If so, a new battery would fix it. Plus a defective battery can be dangerous, so if I had doubts about it I'd consider it worth a little money to replace it.
