Low vision user

Hi all Merry Christmas

Looking for apps and tips for low vision users. Having trouble with color scheme on mail smsnand contacts. Would help a lot if it could be black with white print or bolder fonts. Bell has no one who knows accessibility issues. All people do is put in ramps and parking for wheelchairs
