Been used Huawei ascend 2 months and recently I played it a lot cuz one of my Christmas gift is a mpj battery so now I have two batteries. My problem is the music volume of this phone is very low! I can
 
Huawei is playing CYA. IOW, you're not going to be able to blame them for your loss of hearing. Not much you can do about it without an external amp of some kind. (And the satisfaction, when you're 70, that "huh" isn't a large part of your vocabulary, the way it is with most of your friends.
