At best my signal has hit -115dBm, as low as -118dBm. No wonder my battery has been taking a hit today.

FWIW, I left the basement, got a little bit better signal @ -98dBm (still won't do) and Speedtest.net app managed an 18Mbps/10Mbps. Usually get 20+Mbps/4Mbps at the house on HSPA...not concerned about the speeds as much as this weak signal killing the battery.
