Lusting after the Sensation. Will we see it? A girl can dream. ..

I decided my next phone will also be HTC. And I will have that Sensation, (aka Pyramid) one way or the other. It will be easier if ATT begins offering it, when/if that deal comes through. It is gorgeous! And more powerful then the Atrix or the Thunderbolt. You will be mine, my pretty.

I know I sound stupid right now but what is pentaband? Something to do with 5 frequencies I know, would that make it catch both companies' towers or something?

we may see a version of the Sensation hit AT&T in the near future with the rollout of their supposed LTE network.
it could be a slight variation of it with LTE capability. AT&T demoed an HTC phone @ CES but didn't bother to give out a device name (or anything else for that matter) but it does show it running it's "LTE" network.

maybe our best chance at something like the Sensation? :)

Probably true. Although I will wait for a nexus device. Can't deal with the bloatware and sense is a bit much sometimes although its the best skin

I am totally ready for this phone on AT&T.

If it doesn't materialize then I'm going pure Vanilla Android.

That isn't a big deal for me, ever since I learned how to root. There is nothing like the satisfaction of knowing your phone is customized for you alone. But I left Sense alone, its grown on me I guess. Oh well, i will keep crossing my fingers.

That's one of the great advantages of Android, being a true Linux based OS, one is free to do so much with it. Once rooted the possibilities are endless.

I've optimized my various Android phones exactly to my liking and as you've said, there's a lot of satisfaction in having it your way :)
