Lycamobile connection to network issues bad

Anyone have APN settings that work at getting a somewhat better network connection? New to Lycamobile, every call gets dropped if it goes through at all. Text messages.. 2 out of the last 10 I sent, lag then finally remain as u sent. I have unlimited data and wifi in the house with me. Please advice? Cause this $h!t sux. Just keeping til I can get back to stores and change it.. thanks a lot.

If your problems can be attributed to just a cellular coverage issue, do you get a more usable connection depending on where you are? Also have you contacted anyone at Lycamobile about this? You might want to just re-seat your SIM card, since you're having such sporadic problems maybe the little metal contacts between the card and slot simply need to be matched up again.
What phone model do you currently have? If it's one of those budget-brand phones there could just be system-resource issues to begin with.

Check that your whatever it is phone is compatible with Lycamobile?

But FYI I've used Chinese version Oppos with this carrier in the UK no problem
