lyric app

I have a deaf girl friend and im looking for an app that will show the lyrics as the music plays on my cars radio. does anyone know if such type app exist? either android or itunes because we have both devies. thanks in advance

I use SoundHound available for both android and Iphones. It can listen for the music that is playing, identify it, and put the words on the screen if available.
