Help M10, can not remove, replare icons

Hi I just bought the lenovo m10 tablet, but I can not remove or replace any icons.
If I want to press and hold it, the apps just launches.
I tried to restart the tablet several times, the only way I can add an icon is to reinstall it.

Does anyone have any idea?

Install a different launcher in the play store.
