M5 lite mediapad

Hi,

I have a question regarding the Huawei M5 lite 10 inch mediapad. All reviews online say it comes with an M lite pen. However I cannot find a UK retailer who sells it with the pen. Customer support have been useless, assuring me it's in the box when it's clearly not. So firstly...does anyone in the UK sell it with the pen? If not, do I have to buy the M5 lite pen or will a cheaper generic stylus do the same job?

Have you tried contacting anyone who sells that particular model, and asking if the pen is included? I don't know if stores are closed where you live, but if any computer/tech retailers are open, maybe call and ask.

Did you contact Huawei's customer service? Maybe a better approach would be contacting sales.

Whether a generic stylus will work, my guess is yes--but it may not have the same functionality as the real one. I mean it would do basic functions, but if there are bells and whistles built in to the M lite pen, you'll be without those.

Given this model is being sold and marketed with an included stylus pen and you're stating, "...when it's clearly not" if you bought one and there was no stylus pen that would indicate something got screwed up when the unit was being packaged. A stylus pen is legally owed to you and you don't have to go out and buy one of your own.
If you haven't bought one yet, how are you able to determine that there is no U.K. dealer selling this model without one?

Edit: If customer support wasn't able to provide you with a stylus pen after your purchased this tablet, don't waste your time and ask to speak to a manager.
