Help M8 android box problems

Can somebody please help me!!!

I own an m8 android tv box I'm new to android a month after buying my box it s kind of froze when I open any app it goes onto a black screen then after a second or 2 returns me to the home screen.

I decided to follow on line steps this morning to do a factory re set and now re booted my box and all the pre loaded apps and programmes are gone.

I've been on line and tried to enter 2 new sources in Xbmc so that I can down load tv video etc add ons but wen I go into the sources the menu it gives me doesn't consist of the same as on line and I'm struggling to re install any video add ins ice films navi x anything at all, any help would be appreciated please.

Go to my site, click on XBMC Downloads, select the link - XBMC Gotham Amlogic 4k. After installing, go back to my site and download the SuperRepo Repository for Gotham on XBMC Repositories page. This will have most of the addons you need. I recommend the XBMC Torrent addon too. You'll find a link on the tutorial page.

Could you please help me? we are new to the android tv box bc both my husbands brother and sister use it. My sister in law came over and attempted to set it up as she did hers and her brothers but it doesnt seem to be working we attempted to install fusion but dont seem to have the next step.
