Help M8 OTT tv box

Hi all im new on here need a bit of advice. I have m8 tv box and for some reason it is stuck on a screen saver. I cant seem to get it out that mode and int the menu. Ive tried unplugging but it is still the same.
Any help greatfully accepted.
