Help M8S red light in standby mode

just got a m8s and when I turn it off the blue light turns red. I have never had this in this model before. I have ordered a couple in the past and none had red light.
Is this normal?

have the same problem..first time i fixed it with usb burning tool.
later not working...need some help too....
