Mine is losing connections randomly even at home on my own network. It's complete signal loss and is pretty random. I turn it off and back on and it's there once again as it should be. Rebooting seems to do the same. Recently at the same time I got the warning that a ( Duhha, brain dead
can't remember the name of it right now) , mini white card that slides into the side port, you know what I mean, is missing. I open it up it's as it should be. Give it a push so it pops out then reinsert and signal is restored. Any idea how to cure this poor connection issue besides stuffing a paper spacer into the space to hold it tighter like you would for a battery with poor connections. Would a quick wipe of electric contact cleaner or perhaps a tiny swipe of dielectric grease do the deed? I have both and use them plenty on old cars / boat electronics ect but I'm not too quick to go at this type of electronics without some guidance.
