I have an android HTC Desire, and def not very techie! A business lead called me, phone had no signal so it goes straight to voice mail. I accidentally deleted the voice message. Call doesn't appear in Call history log either. Any way of finding the number??!! Thanks:confused:

you deleted the voice message and have no log entry. there's really no solution to that, sorry...hopefully they'll call again.

Hi there, wexford, and welcome to Android Forums. :)

Sorry you're having the problem you're having, and I agree with Nick that there's probably nothing that can be done. The only thing I would suggest is contacting your carrier and asking if they can provide a record of the phone call, i.e., its phone number. I'm not sure if they can/will do that, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

There might not be a record if it went straight to voice mail due to no service. However, some voice mail services offer a 'check erased messages' feature..

Who is your carrier? I have Verizon and I can see phone numbers when I go online into my account. Most of the time they are the actual number, sometimes not though. Maybe your carrier has the same thing? Can you create an online account with them?
